Listen, Trust, Act.
Less overthinking. More knowing.
Everything comes back to two questions: can you hear what you actually want, and are you moving toward it? Here's how the steps work, how the quiz shows your gap, and where women tend to get stuck.
-
01
Listen
Tune in to what you've been overriding.
Example: you keep saying yes when you mean no, and ignoring the whisper to start the business.
-
02
Trust
Believe what you hear instead of handing the decision to everyone else.
Example: you stop asking for one more opinion and admit what you actually want.
-
03
Act
Take one small aligned step and notice how it feels.
Example: you book one hour this week to explore the idea, then check in with your energy afterward.
Where are you right now?
The quiz looks at your answers on two separate scales.
Knowing
Do you hear what you want, or only feel that something is off?
Moving
Are you taking action, whether or not it's pointed at what you want?
"Busy but disconnected" is the hustle trap: lots of effort, none of it chosen. "Drifting off course" is where overthinkers live. They know more than they admit, but small decisions keep quietly moving them away from who they said they were becoming. That's exactly what the Trust step is for.
Where it tends to get stuck
Most women find themselves in one or two of these before things shift. They aren't extra steps. They're the places where Listen, Trust, or Act gets tangled.
Successful but unfulfilled
Life looks good from the outside, and you feel guilty for wanting more. This is where most women start. The work begins with Listen: letting yourself hear the quiet "something's off" instead of brushing it aside.
Overthinking
You've analyzed every option, made the lists, asked everyone's opinion, and you're still stuck. This usually lives in Trust. You often know the answer already; you just don't believe yourself yet.
The hustle habit
When something feels off, you push harder, add more, and stay busy. But effort without alignment just leads to burnout. This is where Act gets redirected toward what matters, not just more.
The messy middle
You've outgrown the old life, and the new one isn't clear yet. It feels uncomfortable, but it's not a sign you're failing. It's a sign you're moving. Here, all three steps work together, one small aligned step at a time.
