What if I can't make a live session?
All sessions are recorded and replays are available within 24 hours. That said, the real shifts happen in the room, so I encourage you to show up live as often as possible.
Why a 6-month commitment?
Because real transformation doesn't happen in a weekend. Six months gives your nervous system time to genuinely rewire, your identity to shift, and your new patterns to become your default.
